05 DOO 550 FAN. SEEMED TO BE RUNNING ON ONE CYLANDER FOR 10-15 MILES (DAUGHTERS SLED) SINCE ONE OF THE SPARK PLUGS WAS COLD WHEN SHE SAID IT WAS RUNNING FUNNY. CHANGED THE PLUGS AND STILL HAD SAME PROBLEM. I COULDN'T GET THE BOWLS OFF THE CARBS WITH THE TOOL KIT SO I TOOK THE BOTTOM BOLT OUT DRAINED THE GAS AND BLEW THE JET OUT THE BEST I COULD. SEEMED TO HELP BUT STILL UNDER POWER. I WANT TO TAKE THE CARBS COMPLETELY OUT BUT WORRIED ABOUT THE THROTTLE CABLE AND CHOKE THAT ATTACHES TO THE CARBS IS THERE ANYTHING I SHOULD BE AWARE OF AND ANY OTHER ADVICE WOULD BE APPRECIATED.

Do you now have a good spark on both plugs? What makes you "think" its the carbs?
Spark
Carbon Tracking - put a dab of silicone grease in each plug cap after cleaning them out.
You can take the Throttle and Choke cables out by removing the holders they fasten to. You have the air box out, right?
Replace (not clean) pilot jets, clean other jets.
Verify spark both sides. Switch plug wires - Put R on L and L on R and retest.
Compression check?
Water by condensation in gas? Replace fuel and use an isopropyl product.
Replace plug caps and/or wires.
BR9ECS plugs gapped .018 right?
Take to Fast Trax and give them money. It will run!
