It seems it wasn't the Obama Administration, it was bunch of Congress members, when Obama was a congressman. They asked if they could repeal the 2nd law of thermodynamics?

Oh well, a liberal president task force, or a bunch of liberal stupid congressmen. Makes no real difference, it was still funny.
