Every summer just up the road in Dell Rapids they have a big burnout contest. They have bleachers setup on 3 sides of a concrete slab with reinforced concrete dividers on the front and partway down the sides. They chain the car down and let them fly. I went with a friend and his kid and sat about 20ft from the side of the cars. They ran about 30 thorugh. Showed up late to his kids birthday party and we were just covered with liquid rubber that rains out of those clouds. Looked like chimney sweeps from Mary Poppins.
