We might be rolling up that way Sunday 
I may be down for another ride this year if any of you have room or wouldnt mind me tagging along
I've got 3 friends headed that way on Friday to look for bears, one has a cabin in Cantwell. He told me there is still lots of snow and the temps are cooler than they are here so meltoff is slow.
Alpin Creek Lodge is also reporting good snow in the higher elevations so riding should be very good this weekend. I wanted to go up there but the wife wants to ride Petersville so we are headed there.

Was up that way last weekend in Broad Pass. Temps are getting warm enough during the day that the snow is getting wet and heavy, then freezing pretty hard at night. Up at higher elevations, the temps were not yet getting warm enough to even melt the snow. There has been very little meltoff. Should be good for a few more weeks.

I'll be down there Sat, I'll post pics when I get back. I'm hoping to get a couple more rides in before I get the boat out.
headed to pvill tomarow for a few days then a little more north to finish off the week.
We were there last weekend, what Clayton described was pretty acurate. We found some really nice snow in higher elevations. Played in some bowls for about half the day.
It was pretty good last Saturday. Some rough areas out in the open.
Went on the Denali side from 196.

I got mine back, new ecu, voltage regulator, stator, complete crate motor, airbox, probably more that I can't think of it's basically the same rollin chassis.
Ride mine this weekend and see what ya think, they'll get em fixed!

I rode one with twins at Arctic man...felt like a stock 600. Now I'm looking for something to boost...it's true, horsepower is a drug.
We'll swap sleds down there and see who's happier to get theirs back

Icr, you need to ride one that is dialed in..they run very good with simple clutching and gearing...
I guarantee this one was as near perfect as could be...the owner is OCD about finding every last 1/4 HP.
Nice chassis...but I don't think a piped 800 will ever feel strong to me again
