Cant get the rpms. Need Advice

My nytro mtx wont hold the 8750 I need for 7000'. Only getting 83-8400. Still have the stock clutching for 10000.

Grind 3 grams off of the heel of your wts and tighten up the secondary to 90. Change gearing if your running stock gears. Or, just order the kit from Outlaw Motorsports.

How many miles on your sled? It takes 300 + miles to get full RPMS.

I've got like 650. Had less than 500 when I put the kit in and it pulled 8500-8900. Was waiting to get over the 500 hump and don't really know if I noticed a diff or not.

got bout 600 miles on her now. I heard that some are using the nytro short track weights in them. Any truth to that???

actually I do know, they are 8GL's

I have 800 km on mine and on hard packed its good 9000 rpm-9200 as soon as I climb in the deep 8000 rpm tried some different springs but its still weighted up too much.. Ordered Hartmens clutch kit and gearing down on top,, hopefully it works out...
