can't get ahold of mountain fit hoods

i don't know what the deal is but i placed an order with the in october for a hood and haven't heard a word back. this is frustrating! i realy want one of their new tpo hoods so if anyone can hook me up w a way to get ahold of them would be helpful . and yes i have tried the number off the website and tried emailing them with no response thanx seth
