Canada post shipping in US?

I ordered a polar clutch from Canada. They shipped it on March 10 through Canada post. When I put in the tracking number it shows it arrived in New Jersey on March 13. I still have not gotten it. Is there any way to track a package once it's in the US? I live in Colorado.

Shipping into the states is a joke!!!! 6 day shipping is a month. Its the customs idiots.
I wont sell parts to the states anymore. It ends up with an everyone is pissed off situation.

18 days seems to be the average for parts i have sent through usps. They are definately in first gear, frustrating to say the least.
