can you ride ATV's at crystal springs in the summer?

All dirt roads (state owned) in Washington require a street legal vehicle, and this area is not a dnr regulated orv area, so I would think not. Why snowmobiles, and not dirt bikes? I don't know.

they should open it up to atvs and charge a fee just like they do for sleds to help fund it year round

The Snow Park is controlled by Wa State Parks and will be "Closed"....The surrounding Forest Service Roads require a "Street Legal" vehicle....Can trailer to a FS 4WD trail, just don't ride on the FS road........Good luck with that....Best to buy a Dual Sport "plated" motorcycle.......
