Can you register a carbed skidoo summit in Cali?

I have a 2014 ski doo summit sport with a 800 ptec for sale.

Someone from California is interested in it but doesn't know if he will be able to register it since its carbed and not fuel injected.

Any of you guys have a carbed 800 or know the rules?

If the sled is from another state ,make sure the emissions sticker is still on the sled.I have bought 2 sleds from out of ca.and one the sticker was missing due to cutting out belly pan material for air vents.I had to contact brp to have them send me a copy of the emissions sticker.It also depends i believe what area of the state D.M.V. office you take it too.You will have to bring the sled to the D.M.V.anyways.
