Can the Ladies help a Father?????

So we load up the sleds today and head out to whoop it with the kids. We got a little snow a few days ago, not really enough to ride on but enough for the kids machines. I have 2 boys (6&7) and a daughter(9). They were all really excited about going, getting gear on, and getting the first ride in. Then the problem- my daughter had her ears pierced a few months ago. Well I found out that pierced ears and helmets don't get along so well. Do they make a back-less or non pointed back????? I talked to my wife she said she didn't know of anything. I figured someone who rides might have an answer to the problem, any help would be great, Thanks.

Oh yes, you can get backs to earrings that cover the post up so it doesn't poke into your head. I'd think you'd be able to purchase them separately, but not positive on that. I know I've purchased earrings that have these, and I've been able to use them on other earrings besides the ones that came with the purchase. It's not something that is expensive either.
