I don't know when I will see any money. He has 30 day to get me the money of appeal. After that I get to have the sheriff come get his things and auction them off.

Tom I am sorry. I really did try and get a class action thing going to involve most of us, but I couldn't get any one to take the case that I talked too. I am sorry.

Bryce... You could give me some help. If I get money back from him you could still make me that deal that you made me last year. That would be stinken sweet. Are y'all going to be at the slc snow show?

Wow, this is a bad deal. I thought I had it bad when I did'nt get any support from a turbo kit supplier on my atv. Atleast I got the kit but it kept melting the turbine side of the turbo...Wish you luck getting your money. Robert

This realy sucks..You should get to getter and do what ever it takes...even if you have to nail him to a wall...

If you deal with companys its more secure to only deal with company that have VISA/ Mastercard and paypal payment.

I ordered some parts from a company that went bankrupsy, and made a claim to Visa and got my money back.

hmmm...I tought it worked like Visa, that you could make a claim to get back the money.

The only security you have with paypal is that they get theyre 3% immediately, the most common practise is to secure your payment by means of credit card , if and when a problem arises they attack the batch centre where the card was authorized. Call your credit card company today to verify that future purchases are protected, not all businesses operate as fly by niters.

Paypal is helpfull. Normally, you have to file a claim of refund in 48 days or something like that after the payment. As far as I understand, it`s a while ago since you paid for it. But if this guy was a verified member of paypal, then I would defently asked paypal for help in this situasion.
I`ve got my money refunded a couple of times true paypal when the seller has been an jerk, and left me whit no product.

Since it`s about alot of money, they probely will help you. I think they have the same rights of demanding there money back, as the credit card companies.

pay pal isn't worth a ****. I have ben screwed several times and never got my money back through pay pal. The only way pay pal will do any thing is if you never recieved any thing. if you recieved some thing damaged or any thing at all pay pal will not do any thing. if you bought a set of pistons that were supposed to be new and they showed up used with the rings bent and a hole burned through the top they will not do anything. All the seller has to show is proof that they sent some thing and pay pal will do nothing. doesn't matter if he sent you a box of rocks pay pal will not do anything if you recieved something.
And yes. you only have a certain time to do it. you only have like 30-45 days from the time the payment was made to file a dispute and request a refund.

That's true. A buddy bought a clutch off fleabay, basically got destroyed in shipping. Paypal told him to send it back to seller, seller refused delievery. Paypal asked for pics, he sent pics. Paypal told him to send it back a second time, to have it refused again. They couldn't credit his account till seller recieved it. So not only did he end up out the full amount plus shipping 3x, for a box of scrap metal, because the seller didnt buy insurance on it or properly package it.
