can some one with a cfi 700 help me out

Here is the deal I bought a use 07 dragon and I am in the process of going through it and checking it over. So with the plugs out and the belt off when I roll the motor over with the clutch it feel notchy ( not sure if that is a real word) not nice and smooth. Trying to decide if I need to take the motor apart or not.

Iwas wondering if some one could remove their plugs and roll their motor over by hand with the clutch and let me know how it feels.

If you decide to "take the motor apart" what do you plan on doing to it?

Thanks turbo rmk that is what I thought this is my first polaris in 10 years. Just want to make sure there is no issues as it has a BD race gas turbo on it.
