can anyone tell my dumb@$$ how to view the whole page on my screen?

OK everything i open in snowest opens up about 25%bigger than what is on my screen. so any post on here that i open with more than a few words or a TTT i have to scrol over to read the full post or to go to the next page. I'm sorry for even posting this but I'm officially frustrated with it so help. thanks!!!
