I have an 09 m8 boondocker race gas turbo. It is new to me, and I am looking for some tuning help, preferably on the snow. I live in missoula but am willing to travel. Even if you know someone who can help, or who can point me in the right direction, please let me know, Thanks so much.

Call Justin barns at code red performance in Bozeman he is a great guy and I'm sure you could meet up with him and he would go over it with you or even just tell you how on the phone. Once you have it figured out they are supper easy. Is it 3D tuning or 2D?

2d will have a separate aluminum box for the ebc somewhere on the sled, also is your boost gauge. And when you go into fuel settings in the box, you will only have psi rpm fuel adjustments, and the adjustments will be lo mid and hi. 3d has two fuel only adjustments and 5 psi rpm adjustments. It's very likely you have 2d because the 3d boxes are brand new, they don't even have instructions for them yet. Ask me how I know!

3D tuning isn't new this year they had it last year for sure. The EBC was just separate from the fuel box till this year.

It ran great the first ride, then went to another area and it fell on its face on the top, not making rpms. It has been showing a 17 code both rides. Also one spark plug wire fell out of the cap, and I put that back in. I just want it running the best I can, also need help navigating the bd box. Do you use different maps for different areas, or can you just set it and leave it? Also want to minimize lag as much as possible. Thanks.

Code 17 alone can make it run like **** buddy! Thats the exhaust temp sensor! its the sensor that threads into your pipe! You need to replace it then go ride it! When that Code 17 is on your Ecu goes into a limp mode! Some sleds seem worse then others when this happens! Get the plug wire taken care of! Might even through new plugs in it! Once you have done that Go ride it you may be suprised what little things can affect!

They are ushually pretty good for going place to place as along as your not doing huge elevation changes!

How many miles are on this sled?
