Can anyone edit a short video?

I need this video clip for a website I'm making, and it's a little too large to upload on this site. It's 30.9 MB and they'll only accept 30 MB. I was thinking I'd just clip a little of the end off to make it work, but I can't get it to work. Windows movie maker won't save the file after I trim it. I've spent hours trying things, can anyone do this for me? I can email the file if someone can make it 30 MB for me. Thanks!

Just trim it on movie maker than go
-file
-Publish movie

It should work

There isn't a publish movie option. I tried to trim it again, the save it to my computer, even tried saving it to a disc. This is what it says.

Windows Movie Maker cannot save the file to the specified location. Verify that the original source files used in your movie are still available, that the saving location is still available, and that there is enough free disc space available, and then try again.

That's all it says. The original movie is still on my computer, I've tried saving it in different places with different names. My computer says there's over 70GB free space available to save it. I don't know what else to do. Any ideas?

couldn't you host it on youtube? seems that would be easier. most email services block large emails.
