Can a SLP pipe be repaired?

I have an '08 Dragon 700 with an SLP pipe and can on it. Last year smacked a tree and took out my front end as well as put a dent about 6" wide and 1" deep in my pipe. One of the guys I was riding with mentioned that he had a shop repair it by pressurizing it... ?? Does that sound right? Does anyone know who I can get a hold of in the Spokane area that does this? Or am I going to have to buy a new pipe?

Guys have done it with compressed air and there are shops that can do it also. I would think it really depends on how bad the dent is.

Or if all else fails, I have the single pipe from my 09 700 that I can no longer use (went to the 777). PM me if you can't get your fixed and we'll disuss pricing & shipping if I still have it. I bought the pipe in Jan 2011.
