Camping near the Snow Show

Thought about camping at the swapmeet. Or near the show might be better. I'm searching around for campground or rv park. You guys in Denver may know a good place to camp. Thanks

If you have a trailer, a lot of folks actually camp right in the lot. You must take Friday off though, to get a spot.

Thanks PJ, I have a truck camper. Thinking I would arrive friday evening, do they close the lot down at a designated time or when it fills up? I'm guessing the lot is the swapmeet area. thanks again

Yes. Camping is first come, first served.

I think they are charging everyone $10 this year. That might just be for Swap Meet space though.

We have camped in the lot the last 2 years. Because of all of the big rigs, it has been getting tougher. Be there as early as you can. But, we were always blocking areas off for our forum party.

Won't be camping this year. Going to Moab, coming back Saturday night. See you all there Sunday!

I was strongly warned on the camping last year. Nick and I were escorted off the property on Sunday morning! I would not recomend it based on last years issue. If you want to try and sell your camper have it cleary marked for sale with a price and you may skirt the issue. Also they plan to crack down on any food or drink in the parking lots.

Yea; gets pretty hectic in the parking lot at night.

There's a few hotels nearby (one on site, comfort inn); might be a better option.
