Have this going on after 394 miles...need to put different track on...will the x3.2 (9320M)fit? Plan on **** canning the Polaris drivers and using 2 avid drivers to drive in the windows. 7 tooth. Thanks for any feedback. Have belt drive.

Yes, it fits fine with 7T 3" pitch drivers. I put the 3.2 in my 163 Axys last summer as well as the BMP 860 kit. Both work really well. I ran both the stock Axys QD pulleys (overall 2.12:1) and the Pro-Ride QD pulleys (overall 2.28:1) and I like the Pro-Ride pulleys the best.

What is the exact measured clearance of the 3.2 track on the AXYS with 7 tooth 3" pitch drivers? (at the roof of the tunnel in front and at the exit of the tunnel in front)

Don't know, but it's more than the X3 had on the Pro-Ride chassis.

You know the little threads that start to show on any track after riding a bit........

Best way to get rid of them is to burn them off with a torch.

Just don't forget to make sure the fire is out before you walk away.......

Couldnt find any thread regarding the X3.2 track on the Axys chassi.

Anyone got some thoughts on how it performs? Pros / Cons.

The 3.2 is a beast in deep snow. I have a 163 3.2 on my Axys with a BD turbo and I really like it. It gets on the snow fast and the 3.2 lifts the sled on top of the snow quickly. When climbing, it stays on top of the snow and doesn't trench.....until you loose momentum and then you'll learn quickly to turn out. The 3.2 can be a handful in the tree's. It moves a lot of snow and it launches hard. The 2.6 is a more foregiving track if you spend more time in the tree's, or a smaller guy not wanting to hang on when the ski's are in the air...

I don't feel it works as well as the X3 in crusty or more set-up snow. I can feel the 3.2 spin more vs the X3 in set-up snow.

I didn't give the series 7 3in much time due to I felt it trench too much compared to my X3. The series 7 is lighter, but it doesn't lift the sled like the X3 or 3.2.

Thats what we have seen.
Poor mans turbo in the deep.

So with 10psi at 1500-2500 feet and X3.2 i can climb vertical walls? ;)

Poor mans turbo is a nice description. Il take that!

That is crazy!!

Was just about to pull the trigger on a 2.8 today but now not sure. Like my Series 7 3" for the most part but is coming apart and will not buy a new factory one.

Have heard good and bad on the 2.8, do not want another track that comes apart.

Loved my old X3, strong track and performed for sure. We play in the trees alot so not sure if the 3.2 is right? Not a small guy by any means..

The 3.2 is legit in the trees.
It doesn't trench at start like the series 7

I like the 3.2 in the trees. Some guys don't like how quick it moves...your shoulders will be able to tell :).

I held off on the 2.8 waiting to see how the results were. I have a few friends who took it off quickly, one other likes it when there is a base, but in the bottomless days it doesn't seem to surface as well as the other tracks. I like how light the 2.8 is, but the performance of the X3 and 3.2 get it done for me. I live on the Idaho/Wyoming boarder, so my snow is deep and light.
