Anyone want to give up their favorite places to ride on Cameron Pass?

Not looking for much, just a place to take the kids to avoid the I-70 circus this weekend. Anything around Chambers Lake or Red Feather Lakes?

Hourglass Lake SNOTEL is showing 40". What about parking for a suburban and four place trailer and skier issues. Google earth shows some logging roads around Lost Lake and Laramie Lake heading north and east that might be a possibility. What about south down Long Drawn Rd?

60 miles of Poudre Canyon vs. 95 miles to the Snowies.....

I would drive a little more to Gould. Good parking on the road and they groom. There should be enough snow to keep kids busy. Check colorado snowmobile associations site for map.

Nothing on Cameron that's groomed for the kids and skiers/shoers may be a little thick this weekend. Like prb207 said, better to go on to Gould where you can ride to the north or south.
