Camaro Revealed Today

No that's wrong. If i remember right the white Challenger that Don Garlits was driving ran in the high elevens or low 12's. The speed was 122 MPH. That isn't too bad at a mile high, I wonder what they will do at sea level.:D

I think that the SRT Challengers are supposed to run low to mid 13. They are a very heavy car, over 4,000 lbs. If Big Daddy had one in the 11's it was obiously tweeked a little.;)

I think I prefer the Challenger

With you on this one Maf. The Challenger has soooo much better lines and styling. Old Skool style with modern technology. Speeds don't matter much too me, but the WOW factor is with the Challenger for sure!!!!

I am not really a Dodge fan , but they are the only ones that have nailed the old school look with the Challenger. I'd take one in a heartbeat if the dealers were not currently inflating the pricing by 20g's !

I have a '67 RS/SS and wish Chevy would have taken some pointers from Dodge on capturing the old school look.

X2
It's not totally ugly. The side view is ok but the front end is just dumb looking.
It looks like GM put a Pontiacish front end on it.

It's a far cry from the real Camaro's.
GM should call it something else and let it stand on it's own merit.

These were not SRT Challengers, they are the "Drag Racing Package" Challengers, and they were unveiled at Denver for the race. Go to Mopar.com and check them out, they are awesome.

I'm not a fan of the new retro cars per say. Why doesn't one of them make an exact looking car of their choise and modernise the whole dam thing!!????

I would be in!!

Sooooo I'm pretty stoked to get my maro when they have the rag top out but in doing a side by side overview of concept compared to production pics (bored at work) I can tell you that the first thing I'm gonna do is put 21"s on the back and 20"s on front and lower it if needed. Also get/make some smaller mirrors like the concept. Those are the main things I noticed that were changed from the concept. There is also some minor body changes but those are a little harder to change. Just my opinion

id take either one of those cars, both are bada$$!!! might help my chances of finding a woman too... :D

are there a few of these cars wondering around? I swear I saw one yesterday from about a block away. Couldn't figure out what kind of car it was. The tailights in these pics are the exact nes on that car. I am certain I saw one.

Real nice looking in person if it was one .
