Newman???? What in the ???? brought you to this decision? I am a big fan, but since he announced he is leaving for Stewart-Haas next year his team has tanked. Penske pulled his lead engineer and made him Crew Chief for Hornish. I hope you know something I don't but cookie cutter tracks are definitely not the strong suit at Penske racing. I am hoping the 39 and 14 teams can shake off the Haas crap and actually compete next year.
As for my pick, I will follow the others and pick 99. I'm out on a string here

I agree but, I think this is Penske's home track.
He sure seems to have a HP advantage on re-starts. Hmmmmm. Sure helps your talent when you have a 5 car lead going into turn 1.

It was the 18 & 20 Nationwide cars. Not the Cup cars.
