What is it with California. Run out of power. Run out of water. Run out of money. Run out of room for prisoners. Run out of credit. Gotta speak Spanish. over crowded, fires, earthquakes, tsunamis. Run out of common sense.

Just drop a meteor on the place already.

Is this proof of liberal superiority? California get ready for change.

Yep, the rats will come flushing out of Cali (white flight).

Idaho needs to separate from the ninth circuit court now. Before the same happens to us.

are you guys kidding me? this is just what the government is after.....they are going to give them a healthy hand out that soon other states will follow...its just one more step towards socialism....once they put into place programs for cali they will have a drawn out plan for programs for other states that are soon to follow suit such as louisianna.... once state becomes dependent on federal there is no turning back....i've said it before and i'll say it again...the US is imploding wait till all the retirees in florida run out of money

Ollie I do have to agree, good post. The thing that chaps me the most is I see these California commercials on TV, the ones with Arnold and his wife Skelator Kennedy telling you how great a place it is and how its the land of milk and honey. WTF give me a break its the land with tax rates like the EU and leave your personal liberties at the border. Its a failed state and Im not sure there is any solution to save that dumpster fire.

California is De-populating. People are leaving by the truckload.
Crime, taxes, overpopulated, etc..

As for California being used as a model for a socialist experiment. It think that is exactly what they have been doing the last 20 years.
The problem is, people are willing to put up with a lot of bs when the times are good and everything is humming along.

Well, liberalism has put the skids on everything. People are getting pissed and they are just starting to realize they may have made a "little" mistake in the last election. Of cource I don't think it would have made much difference. THis country seriously needed a wake up call.
Hopefully this will wake enough people up to save the US from falling over the cliff we have been pushed to by the politicians.

Why isn't Arnold hitting up the Entertainment industry and celebrities for some cash to bail old CA out? They do earn an awful lot o cash from movies, music, etc.

Yes why don't the celebrities fork over? They run their mouths and spread their opinions around enough. Let them put their money where their mouths are.
