c a pro skis mtx or xtx?

wondering if anyone has used the mtx or xtx from ca pro? I have a 11 rmk assault that pushes big time when trying to turn at slow speeds or from a stop. The ? is which ski will grab better at tight turns at slow speed in 6 to 18'' of fresh and what carbide would you recomend 6'' shaper?
thanks

I've had both. The MTX on a 2011 assault (SBA), 2012 PRO RMK, and a 2013 PRO RMK. I had the XTX on a 2008 RMK(144). I had the RZR as well on a Pro-R. To answer your question, the XTX was a much more aggressive ski(too aggressive in my opinion for a mountain sled). However, I like the MTX much better as it requires less effort to turn but still grabs well. I can turn sharper that the Poo gripper ski in powder. For a bar I would run the 6" shaper.

thank you, sounds like your a ca pro fan, i have ca not sure what model on a 128 xrs and love the bite they put in all types of snow and your ability to turn on a dime on any angle or degree of incline so ca pro for the assault was a no brainer - just which model - sounds like the mtx is the answer
