Drove my sled into a rock today, ended with me over the bars, a sore thie and a sore arm. The a-arm snapped right off, cant say the product is bad, this was all driver fault.

So, does anybody know where i can get a new one?

You may want to give Nate a call at Zbroz....I asked him about buying replacement arms when I bought my arms for my pro and he said no problem he can get replacements.....good to hear you werent hurt. Where were you riding when this happened? Where did you hit the rock on the sled?

Problem you might run in to is they are not making the old style arms any more. Might have to get one new style one. Or upgrade both lowers

I have the new style replacements in stock that are wrinkle black finish. The standard arms are grey.

I was riding in Telemark in Norway. The rock hit the spindle.

Those POS arms are in the middle of being recalled, just go with the holtz and save yourself the trouble.

Calling them POS is a little harsh. They were redesigned, found that the crumple zone needed to be a little stronger and they are replacing the bent ones free of charge with a newer design. The one that I bent, I would have bent any A arm as hard as I hit and I'm getting better new ones for free.

Are you telling me I can get bent A arms warrantied?

We have several that are getting replaced. There is one spot that currently bends too easily and they are reinforcing them.

Releasing a product that hasn't been thoroughly tested is half assed at best and dangerous to the point of legal liability. I think POS was a fairly apt description.

2 out of the 3 that we bent, was a hit that sent us over the bars. They are hardly dangerous, they didn't break, didn't bend the shocks, and still allowed us to ride out. I still wouldn't call it a POS. The stock ones bend and you trash a shock as well, I'd say that after they reinforce them, they will be the cats azz.

I have seen these things bend at the lower joint while loading into a trailer, so yes I think they were poorly designed. If they were properly designed and tested, Zbroz wouldn't be calling all of their dealers asking them to send in all the arms they may still have in stock. (especially after they had called everyone who had issues with the arms liars). As to the dangerous issue, if you were going down a trail at high speed and the arm bent, don't you think that could lead to a dangerous situation?

And FWIW, yes the stockers were garbage too, but they still were far more durable than this last batch of zbroz arms.

If i wouldve had my stock arms on this crash, i would be with a bent a shock and probably more parts damaged. I think these a-arms are great, and held up fine. Wouldnt expect them to hold with this hit.

the only thing i'd say about this wrecked arm is it should have failed on the rear part of the arm and bent on the front. not snapped the front and left the rear attached. Other than that, I'd be suprised if an a-arm took this hit and didnt break anything...
