Buy a New 2010?

if you find a great deal like the one you said for 7000$ you cant go wrong with it. If anything, take the extra you saved and start doing upgrades like the pc and whatever it takes to make it more reliable.

Just picked up a new 2010 800 dragon 155 for $8300 and love it so far. I was coming off an 09 and had headaches with that one but the 2010 appear to be fixed for the majority i believe.

at that price buy 2,one in the shop & one to ride unless the both go down at the same time.

Great advice. I didn't have the luxury of getting to know my machine beore the trip... due to lack of snow in WI. But I sure wish I could've! I'm planning the PCV, but it does void your warranty correct?

depends on the dealer. If your worried about it voiding warranty just take it off before you take it in.
