Burandt on a Polaris...

Iv just found out that Chris Buradnt has signed with Polaris. Iv been a huge fan of his as well as raced along side him for years. I am really bummed that he has turned his back to the companie that has brought him SO much. To see him wearing red will just be weird. Why has he switched? Is it becouse he thinks the RMK is a better sled? Or is it just becouse he will be payed an large sum of money? What ever happend to brand loyalty? Is this a good move for him? Has he sold out?

Just as Cat turned they're back on customers on the M1000, karma is a real b!tch.
I respect Chris now more then ever.

I don't care how much money i get offered i'm riding the better sleds and it for sure is NOT the polaris, have every movie he's been in and won't get another one until he comes back to cat

Don't plan on buying any movies then. :rolleyes:

I rode with Chris this past week and can honestly say he's doing better on Polaris. AC wouldn't listen to him on any R&D work or ideas he had that would've made the sleds 10X better, Thats where Polaris caught his attention. Them paying him is just a bonus along with an incredible sled to ride (8 actually). IMO AC turned their back on him. Chris will make the Polaris's so much better because he rides in the extreme backcountry and knows what works and what needs to be changed and Polaris will work with him on that thus making the best mountain sled.

Just the way I see it.

oh he is very talented for certain...along with hundreds/thousands of others that im sure offer just as good advice to Cat.Polaris Yamaha.Doo so im sure any suggestions he has or will have or would have had is still going to be heard by the other equal talent that is out there...the only one putting all there eggs in one basket is Polaris...not Chris..he is fluid in both his great riding style and his now proven unloyalty which i certainly don;t fault him for...the power is the cash...anyone of us can make these sleds 10 time better...but then who will pay 10 times the price..???...

dart...let it go...go look in every manufacturers forum..they all have problems...who cares what brand burant rides..be thankful you get to see it...who knows at the rate the greenies are going nobody may be allowed to ride a sled in another 20 yrs....

How is he going to improve a sled that is sold and sitting in your garage? Notice it's 2010 and Chris has been with Polaris for a little over a month.
 
Chris makes a living on this sport, so sue him for wanting to be a part of the industry. AC basically said here are your sleds, the end. Chris wanted to help them and be more then just a sponsored rider. Its not what your sponsor can do for you it's what you can do for your sponsor and that's what he wanted to do.
 
watchthis this was nothing against chris just a joke that he might be doing more wrenching then rideing
