3 bolts and about 12? rivets per side and your board is Off. Done.
the issue was the glued in part.... You will see clearly when you get your sled, dont use a torch. You can but, it can be a biotch with one person trying to wiggle and heat it up then clean off glue all while hot.
This is not complicated, and can be done very easy.
The pic is my 12 converted to 13/14 boards
The 12 actually has 4 bolts and 12? Rivets.
The 13/14 is 3. Undo them, drill rivets, powdercoat.
