This weekend I introduced my Polaris bumper to a tree at 5-10 mph. It is the wider Polaris accesory bumper and not the stock one. Bumper did its job and protected the plastic and everything else. If I would have had the stock one the plastic and A-arm would have took the blow. One of the bars did snap and the second top one is ready to. We were able to carve a stick, insert it and put some matching black Gorilla tape on and it was good as new.
So my question is do I buy another Polaris bumper or do I go with one that looks stronger? Just wonder what peoples thoughts were about stronger bumpers and if they worry that they won't give enough and break something else on the sled.
