I hate to say it but here it goes . I bought a brand new from the dealership 2009 honda ruckus. then the shop guy that was putting it together says look at this add i got on the internet and hands it over. so i see this guy who soup's up Honda ruckus's Bullheadmoto i call him up and he promises to build me a 200cc stroker scooter with all the mods totally blown the works. so i fall for this line of bs . he say's it will take about a week. that was May 2009 I HAD THE SCOOTER FOR 1 DAY before taking it to him to have him do the work. he then pay-pals me and asks for $1500 dollars wich is about $200 hundred more then we tallk about for the complete build. So me being a dumba$$ i send it . so a week goes by nothing , i call he says problems with his family but to stop over and talk about it so i swing by his house have a beer he shows me my scooter in parts on a table and a new engine on a jig thats being put togther. so i buy that he is having family health issues with his kid which were true . so months go by nothing he calls me up and tells me he is having a bunch of custom parts built for the thing and he needs another $500 for shocks brakes handellbar's just wanting my scooter back i pay him still nothing i go out of town for a month and he has me send him 400 more dollars and promises by the time i get back this thing will be ready to enjoy the little bit of good weather we have left. get home he dosent answer my 200 phone calls 200 texts so i drive to his big beautafull house in a fancy rich people woodbury minnesota development and to my surprise he dosent live there anymore! so finally he tells me he has moved but not to where so i call the cop's the cops call him then call me back and tell me to try to work this thing out before we take it any further and that he would call me at 2pm he did we work something out he says he'll finish it as long as i dont report it stollen, so i buy it and say ok. i know i should have called his bluff and picked up what was left of my scooter right there on the spot but i didnt. If you ever meet tony in person he is a nice family man with a bunch of kids and he could sell you on anything he seem's like a guy you could trust right off the bat . i guess thats why i gave him so long was becuase i trusted him and thought he was a nice guy i think he did have some hard time's i dont know what happened to him. i guess i was wrong he must be a crook becuase is still dont have my black 2009 brand new honda ruckus and it 's almost been a year so shame on me for being a idiot and trusting someone to do what they say they will do. From now on i will be a cold harted a$$ hole whenever doing buissness with anyone again.... One honda ruckus $2400 out the door $2400 dollars in parts and labor = $4800 one dumb sucker with nothing to show for it and a life long leason learned priceless i guess for everything else WWW.bullheadmoto.com

You don't have Tonys home phone number do you ? Can you pm his number if you do. I have his address. Apparently he called my friend and agreed to pay him back his 4000 dollars, although it hasn't happened yet, im sure it is a stall tactic. I guess he still is having family issues.
He is too chicken chit to call me and face me. All i want is my money or my parts. Very simple Tony !
