bulkhead damage WTB a cheap aftermarket tunnel

hi there i currently own a 05 rev800, 151 that ive rode for three years now ...had a great time doing so until this year i brought my sled in the shop for some yearly maintenance ,,to hear back from them rapidly to tell me that my clutchs are not allignnable because my bulkhead is bent,,bent from a previous accident that ended up making me the owner of this machine (runaway in a tree bent the front a arms )i bought this machine fixed it up ,then rode it for years ..bringing me back ..i brought the machine into the shop because i thought i had a dpm problem but it ended up being that the motor needed a top end on it ,,,now(bent bulkhead blown motor...****ty) ....this machine is a little older and need some help fixing this thing up so i can get out this year ...i need to find a tunnel to replace the bent one ,,, to be installed by myself to cut cost... and need help building this engine as well if anybodys got some parts kicking around to build any kind of 800 motor that would be great as well as boring shops in calgary and\or machining shop that would be a great help trying to keep cost down ...calling all rev guys out there HELp....

put in some pistons and keep riding

I lost my 07 in a canyon last year and really dorked the bulkhead..Didn't touch the nun- wierd how it was bent. I stretched it out and beat it out as straight as possible and put some reinforcements here and there.. I plan on riding it untill the crappy crank lets go..

I would put in some fresh pistons and rings and ride it.. It went for three years bent... Why get crazy now....

hey,
take some pictures of the bent bulkhead so we can help see if it is fixable. I had a bent bulkhead on my sled and i just took a hammer and hit it back into place then cut out some alluminum and rivited over top to hold if from messing up again. Some are easier to fix than others but some pictures would help to see how bad it is.

As for the top end. You can but pistons and rings of ebay for cheap. I used SPI pistons and i got them for $119. As for the cylinders take them into a machine shop to get them checked. Don't get bumbed out about your sled just cause there are a few bumps and scrapes doesn't meen you can't bandage it up.
