I bent my bulkhead last year somehow. I did a search on here and came across this picture..

Mines bent a bit worse and the weld is cracked about 2" long. My question is, does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this? Wanna get it back together before winter. Thanks in advance

Develmank i think thats his name and polaris pride have some good used ones check in swapmeet

though I seen that pic before it was mine but they warrantied mine but the dealer said he would take it to the welding shop and get them to weld it up. if the wouldn't cover it only had 100 miles on it at the time.

Did they ever get the gap pushed back together? Or just weld it up and call it good?

Fix kit

There’s a fix kit that I designed about 6-7 years ago for this very issue. It was overkill for the production sleds but most of the cross country guys used them here in MN. What I’m not sure of is what the part# for the kit is?? Call Gabe Bunke racing and ask Gabe he will most likely know what the part# is.
Hope this helps.

I emailed him and he said he's never heard of or seen a fix for it. I'm thinking about just pounding it back down somewhat and welding it solid. Probably weld the other side as well before the same thing happens.
