Yeah foot of fresh, but I just talked to a guy from Steamboat last night. He was up on Buff last weekend mtn bike riding. He said there was not enough snow to ride regardless of what tower snotel said.

Just got off the phone with the Hotel guys in Walden and they didn't get any snow. We are headed to the dunes right now.

If you want to ride right now Snowies is your best bet. I was up there last weekend, and it will still be ride-able this weekend. Hwy 130 is open so you can park up top. BTW it's snowing about 5hrs north of us right now.

Buff showed a 10" gain in snow depth and a 2" gain in precip, that's all I reported. No need to get your panties in a wad girls.

When people read "foot of fresh" they need to be informed if it's ride-able as well. That's all I was posting. Nothing worse than driving 3 hrs one way to get shafted and have to drive home.
