BRV flutters constantly going down trail?

When going down the trail my BRV flutters all the time when I am going at higher speeds is that normal I thought that the EVO BRV was suppost to eliminate that? It quits when I pin it like it is suppost to.

When you are cruising at higher speeds at light throttle, the machine will be building boost at the slightest application of throttle due to load, so when you ease off a bit, the BRV will open. Watch your boost guage, you'll see what I'm talking about. Where the BRV shines is it reacts much quicker then the stock POS, and you eliminate compressor stall.
