I went back to work in my original job as a Carpenter (brutal). Every night home from work was agony, but it time the pain reduced. They said 100% chance for arthritis in both wrists within 10 years. It has been 21 years and still no arthritis in either wrist. No pain... no gain is my new moto. Oh an i have metal in my right wrist the one on pound with....it is not a straight wrist it is all crooked and it does not move much...but it works
