Breckenridge - Tiger Road?? for family

I am bringing the family out New Years and wondering if the Tiger Roar riding area just just outside of Breckenridge is still legal for snowmobiles? I would like to ride there at least one day of the three we are planning to ride our snowmobiles. We were also thinking about Vail another day. Is there any other places near Breckenridge you would recommend for younger trail riders?

It is still open but conditions are low out there. Up higher things aren't bad though.
