Use the GL4. That is the standard Honda oil. Check your owners manual or ask your dealer if the oil weight should change from winter to summer. Most of the time people will just run a 10w40, but if it gets really cold in your part of the country, you may want to use a 5w30 in the winter to help prevent the bearings from skidding because of the thick oil.
