Brand New D8 Max. RPM 7000

Hi Folks

I need some help. I got a brand new D8 and i use it yesterday first time on snow.

First few miles i use it very careful just to give the engine bit time feel comfortable :-)
Then i started to use it bit harder. And i got a huge problem.

When the engine is spinning 6999 RPM all works good, if i get 7000 there is no throttle response anymore.
I tried to climb on a small hill (1ft powder) and on the half way it stacked
Like no power  WTF
It was like when the sled is running out of fuel at exactly 7000 RPM.
Worst thing was, my lady climb me out on a iq600rr :eek:

My questions:
For me it looks like a software problem? is it? update?
TPS?
EFI?
Fuel is 100octane
Oil is a standard oil i use on all my turbo sleds for years.

D8

What year is the machine? Elevate the track and see if it will go above 7000 without any load on it. If yes, may be a bad primary spring. If no, elecrtical problem. Check ground under the plastic cover on the belt guard.

its a new 2010 model

i spin it without load and the sled never get more then 7000

i bet when i first time start it the sled spin more but max rpm shows me only 7000

there must be a electrical problem. maybe someone got the same problem.
