Brake caliper piston won't go back in?

My 2011 pro brake caliper won't let me push the piston back in? I took it off and now it clamped tight and I bleed the fluid out and took the resivour cap off and the bleeding screw out and nothing so I took off the brake line and tried using a big channel locks on it and it barely moved but then went right back out as soon as I released it so how do you get that piston back in?? Thanks

I noticed when pushing mine back in the piston tried cocking or goin in not straight so maybe try with a brake pad in place or peice of metal to push the piston back square. Damage could already be done to the bore though.

Single piston. C-clamp works best against an old pad. Bet it's cocked and binding. Possible that a corrosion ridge is snagging it. Torn down that far, might be a good time to just pull the piston and inspect.

Well I got it I had a brain fart and didn't realize I could push on the outside of the brake pad it went right in no problem I just hope I didn't wreck anything because the piston was binding :face-icon-small-dis thanks guys
