BOV open or closed at Idle?

Setting up my BOV on car's I alawys left them closed at idle but what about on sleds.

The way I currently have it set-up is it opens at idle and the touch of the throttle its closes.

This is the BOV and I pulled one of the two springs out of it.

That's how mine is. Barely open at idle, closes when you touch the throttle.
