I've been holding back a response since my early post.

Real customer service - taking back the crap fabric/zipper seats the past two years, and giving us who ask at least $300 credit for a new wonder-2012 seat. More junk zips are just more junk zips. If the new one is really the answer, and the seat I bought last year is junk compared to the new, then credit them. Do this, and guys would be praising the seat and BOSS. Otherwise, stop crowing.

Agreed, don't just apologize for selling people inferior product and expect them to come running back.

Boss has been screwing customers long before 09/10. I also had a high rise/shovel pouch seat that the stitching pulled out of, a zipper broke, and it turned purple...in only one season. I called boss to see if they'd warranty it and the girl I spoke to said "no, your seat is too old for warranty, we don't even make that style anymore."

So it's my fault they came out with a new design the year after I bought mine? I told them then I'd never buy another boss seat and I haven't. No complaints on my $350 WRP seat for my pro so far.
