I was impressed. The new boss seats have crap zippers. As a member mentioned here all you have to do is call them and they will take your name and number and they will send you a new one for 50 bux when ready. Nice. sj

My understanding is you will send them the seat and yep they will put the new cover on with the YKK zippers. Cost you 50 buck + shipping.

I talked to Steve a day or two ago and he said I should hold off on sending my seat to him right now because they are moving their shop. They don't want to have all of these seats to move with them and risk loosing something.

So he told me to hold off on sending it and he would call when they are moved and ready to put the new cover on.

I would suggest anyone that plans to do this give them a call and make sure they have your name and number on record.

If he doesn't call me in a month I will be calling him. I don't want this to be a show stopper prior to next season. So it needs to be done early. IMO

I already paid full price for a seat. I have no intention of paying freight and the cost of a new cover. This is terrible quality and service. Why doesn't BOSS cover shipping both ways and correct their defective product. I will not be buying another seat from BOSS.
