For those of you that know the story, this is the end result of my struggles with Boss.
After speaking to The right people at Boss I finally got some positive results.
Bottom line. Both sides got the results intended. I received the customer service I wanted from the begining, to include getting my system up and running after 2 1/2 years.
Boss expressed having some employee issues that resulted in some bad press. After I expressed my concearns, They agreed to send another updated system, and trouble shoot and tune it for me.
I shipped the system to them, and I picked it up while in Jackson. It was refreshing to finally get to speak to the right people and get results. I don't think the customer service problems will be present with them any longer.
They have agreed to buy back my extra box I puchased, and offered to give me my second one free.
For those of you who followed the situation from the begining know I wasn't looking for a handout I just wanted my set-up to work.
We have worked out a better deal, and all is good. I have since spoke to Boss again. I must say it's a total change. it appears they are really trying to make a positive change.

Boss Is a GREAT product, I feel satisfied with the ending result. and recomend them to anyone. I feel they will be a different group from past experiences, as the problems have moved on to other places outside of the sled business.
