boost on 2006 vector?

i have a 2006 vector with a boondocker GT25 turbo. i am currently rebuilding the motor and was wondering when i get it back together how much boost i can SAFELY run with and without race gas. I pretty knowledgable but new to the turbo world. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

will you be running a head shim or low comp pistons or stock compression & what elevation do you ride.

i will be running the head shim with stock pistons and rods and i ride at 4000-6000 feet

yes & with race fuel mix 50/50 91-112 no more than 16lbs with that little turbo.
