i just googled boostit and got his cel number off his website...... if he doesn't answer he always has called back.

Ive also been trying to contact boost it via their email for two weeks with no response, there is no phone # listed on the web site.
 
They've been very busy with the edmonton snow show and filling orders, call and leave a message, he'll get back to you pretty quickly.
 
Just for the record I did get the email, and as soon as an "offer" was made to me to lower the price of my product...I just ignored it. I find it a bit sad when some people think everything in this world is up for negotiation.

My day starts at 6 AM and the emails, PM's and phone calls never stop until about 11PM. Somewhere in between I try to order parts, organize and book shop work, fill orders, work on sleds, and even sometimes try to ride.
Oh and did I mention that this is my second job.
I get 20- 30 emails a day and if I miss replying to someone then I am really sorry, but when someone offers me less then what I am asking, I don't take them seriously. I think any other small business owner would agree that we price the product where we need to so we can make a living. I don't need to be ground down on a set of 189.00 motor mounts

I can respect the fact that you are very busy & I believe I included that in one of the e-mails I sent you............

It was not my intent to offend you by inquiring if there would be a better price on the mounts if I purchased 2 sets but since you are, so be it...............

If you do not have room to move on your price then simply say so..............I would've respected your point of view & carried on.............. Had you of taken the time to respond to my e-mail in the first place with a simple, "There will be no discount period", we wouldn't be here right now would we???



Either way, thanks again for finally taking the time to respond publicly, it's certainly clarified what type of small business owner you are...............

I sent a pm to Neil asking about some motor mounts myself, got a response within hours. Thank you! On the other hand, how many small businesses tell you, if my product doesn't work better then what you are using, send it back for a full refund. Those small businesses are the ones that I like to deal with the most! Not someone that's just trying to make a sale. I have made the mistake of dealing with someone that was just making another sale and it cost a lot more in the long run then if I would've just bought the better kit.
