boost and compression and psi and stuff

hi guys, i got a ski doo 1000, and i see its at about 125-130 psi compression, odd since its got new pistons with only 300 kms on them, not sure if the air pressure or something changed since we've had some wacky weather lately, but wondering, do i HAVE to mill out my domes? or what not that way?, i was thinking that people do it so they lower there compression..... but my compressions low ish now, so basically what im wondering is, how much boost can i run with my compression as is? its a stock motor currently no modifications to it, and its a 2005 ski doo summit x highmark 1000 sdi,

another thing that might be helpful if people even go that way, is how much would 1 pound of boost = in compression terms? 1 pound = 10 psi in compression or what? i dont know, i see guys go with boost to compression ratio, but i dont understand that stuff, i think it would be easier to do boost to compression psi personally, but i dont know ALOT about this stuff, so maybe some one with alot more knowledge on turbo'ing a sled will shine in on why and all that, ive been asking around but havent found my answer and ive been checking google too of course, thanks
