Boondockers aliVe: review

i got Boondockers V from Dan the other day and man was i in for a treat

(this is a "fellow" moviemaker's point of view BTW)
the cover was cool with the extra magazine about the Boondockers crew. a good idea. get's you a little closer to the crew and that's always cool.

the movie starts chill with "slow" hiphop and riderintro.
btw, the picture quality is GOOD and crisp all the way through.

the riding is, as you would expect from the BDcrew, good and technical and quite a few insane cliffdrops.

the POW is also present but that ruined the film for me cause i kept on thinking "must get a job in the US, must get a job in the US" all through the film so that ruins your concentration ALOT
just kidding, but i was and STILL are jealous...

you also get to see the BDcrew fooling around with Team Summit and that Krazy Kanadian (who always brings a smile to my face.. you krazy kanadian )

the film is about 40 mins or so and there are only a few "boring" minutes and that's not much..

the music is also very good and well fitting to the riding.

all in all a GOOD movie and i totally approve

order it NOW!

Magazine gives a little background info on all the riders with some other stuff. I think it's a good idea, and was a good short read.

Excellent film Dan (and others), keep up the GREAT work.

Can't wait til it snows!!!!!!!!

Especially because I recognized so many of the places in the video. I wish all these guys would tell you approximately where they are riding. It means a lot to the local guys or it could give inspiration to a non local to go check out a particular area.

I would love to tell you where were riding... But then i know you would track it up before i get there!

You probably ride the areas more than you think, just have to find those special side canyons that nobody dares get into... those crazy sidehill tracks leading to who knows where? those are probably ours!!!

I've only seen it 5 times so far, but it keeps getting better. Can't wait for the snow. This is always one of the best movies of the year IMO!

Yep the magazine is an insert inside the dvd case. It comes with each copy no matter where you order it from!

Borrowed a copy from a secret source today, amazing, crazy pow and some HUGEdrops! Other than one song great music! Definetly worth the cash to pic up a copy, Nelson pulls some sweet downhill lines too.
