Boondocker Tuning Guide

Anybody have a, or could write me a quick tuning guide? Sled is tuned ruffly and is running good, but could use some fine tuning. Running the 2013 BD kit with integreated ebc.

Some "issues":
-From idle to WOT the sled hesitates alittle and takes about 1-2 sec before it really gets on the rpms and get going.
-Going from WOT to 0 throttle and back to WOT many times can cause a bog. This happens 1 out of 40 times maybe.

this worked on ours

This made ours work awesome
0. 33. 66. 99

Rpm 4500 0. -2. -2. -4

Rpm 5500 0. -2. -4. -7

Psi 4300 7. 9. 8. 0

Psi 5500 14. 16. 19. 19

Psi 6700 25 34. 35. 32

Psi 7500 25. 35. 36. 36

Psi 8200 25. 34. 35. 39

Boost 8.5 -9 psi 50/50 110 91 non ethanol 3 degree timing Cold air intake installed and correct belt
deflection.

Looks like i need to go down on the RPM adjustments. Dont think i can go that low on the 7600 and 8200, im at 11.5 a/f on WOT and dont want to go higher.
Thanks for the numbers! :)

Im at 6psi, straight pump gas, 1500-4000ft, 10-76 weights.

lol 11.5, no wonder its boggy. thats way to fat, but i guess thats how your getting away with that level of boost on straight pump gas at such low elevation.

I run 11.7 at WOT and it pulls fine with no bogs. Both my turbo sleds love fuel and have tuned both to 11.7 rest of my throttle is 12.5-13

So what is a safe WOT a/f ratio? Thought you shouldnt be over 12?

Lean Spot

Do you guys add fuel and try to tune out the lean spot at about 4500 rpms? My BD runs great!! I hate to change anything but I don't like looking at the AF gauge read lean for a second. I have heard the lean spot is on all Polaris sleds (stock) just not sure if I should try to tune it out or not??
Thanks!!
