Boondocker TM7 Box ???

I am running an 06 TM7 w/aux. injectors, and I had an older 12 pin box w/ the old programming on it. I had them send me the New Simple Tuner Box w/ADA, the invoice says Arctic Cat M-8/F-8 Turbo control box (turbo/supercharger capable), the box says M7/8 Turbo ADA #1500-0128. There are no Starting Numbers for the M7, so I printed off the Starting Numbers for the M-8 Race(aux. injectors), and there are two PSI settings, PSI L
PSI H
The box I have only has one PSI setting, like the M-8 Pump Gas (stock injectors only). Do I have the wrong box???
I did notice that the M-1000 Race Gas (aux. injectors) has only one PSI setting, infact the M-8 Race Gas is the only one I can see that has two PSI settings.
I called a few weeks ago and asked about starting numbers for my M7 and was told they just didnt have any, but yet they have a M7 Race Gas kit for sale in there internet store. I wonder what they tell there new customers who buy new kits with this Simple Tuner ADA programming included? Sorry I cant help ya?
I did a secondary injector test, and when I jumped it - it killed the sled, so the injectors are working.
It makes sense to me that the PSI L setting would be for say up to 8#'s like the pump kits and the PSI H would be for boost above that like the M-8 race. But then the M-1000 has only one PSI setting.
Confused - Can anyone clear this up for me?

You have the correct box. In simple tune mode it has one PSI, put it in advanced mode it will have two PSI screens. Each PSI has low mid and high which roughly corresponds to throttle position. Go to web site and you can find most of the information but as you said they don't have a good idea on the M7. PM me and I will try to assist, do you still have non ADA box?

Originally (non-ADA) there was a PsiL and PsiH screen that divided the settings according to boost pressures. For the ADA programming there are also two PSI screens, you have to be in Advanced mode to see and use them both. However, the psi settings work differently now. As mentioned before, there is a LO/MD/HI setting which depends on engine load, or throttle position. So for low throttle settings (regardless of boost) you will tune the LO number, for mid throttle use MI, and high throttle use HI. If you are in Simple tuner mode, the only psi screen you will see and the only one that gets used is PsiL (it is displayed as just "Psi"). If you had a pump gas setup with no auxiliary injectors, this is all you need to know and use.

However for setups with aux injectors, there is a PsiH setting that can be used to adjust the fuel differently for the aux injectors (box must be in Advanced mode to see PsiH and to USE PsiH). For comparison, the non-ADA programming adjusted the stock and aux injectors together when on boost.

This is where it gets a little tricky. There is also a hidden setting in the ADA programming that determines the crossover pressure when the box transitions from PsiL to PsiH. If your box was for a pump gas setup, this crossover setting is probably very high so it just uses the PsiL numbers all the time and the aux injectors never get turned on (this is ok for up to about 8psi boost). For a race gas setup, this crossover is probably down around 4-5psi which is when the stock injectors stop adding fuel and the aux injectors start adding fuel. If the box is in Advanced mode, aux injectors are controlled using PsiH settings, otherwise for Simple tuner mode, PsiL settings are also used for aux injectors.

Unfortunately, I don't think Boondocker still sells M7 turbo kits, and the ADA feature was added after these kits were sold so there are no tuning numbers (I'm not sure how close M8 numbers will be - you will very likely have to do some additional tuning) unless you can get them from someone who has already done this.

I will pm you some additional info that may or may not be useful...
