Just wondering how much or at all anyone is mixing race fuel when running Nos at 8000 plus feet. 05 Engine is stock except for 06 pistons, torquemaster 1 bottom, and slp can and a modified stock intake.
Thanks

Also if anyone has any boondocker settings that would be great too.

with 30 horse nozzles at 8000 ft. you should be fine with just 91 octane pump fuel. I ran that same combo on my 9 a couple years ago and never had a problem

at the most..you would only have to use 2gallons of race fuel..

dont know what #'s i am using..didnt use it at all last year...but this year..maybe ;)

I ran a 30 hp shot for a year at 4-5000 ft. 91 octane worked fine. At 8000 ft you should be fine with a 40 or 50 hp shot.

Thanks guys that's kind of what I thought that I would be able to just use 91 just wanted some others thoughts on it.

Does boondocker have some base program #'s?

Thanks

Its going to take more than that Sean...haha

i didnt realize i mis-typed what i meant to say, lol..been a crazy week..:o

i meant..if your running just 30hp nozzles..you can get away with at most 2 gallons of race fuel..

if your running more then 30hp nozzles..i would use at least 2.5 gallons of race fuel...

you dont want to take a chance detonating that baby..
