Boondocker Exhaust Valve-Based Fuel Adjustments

Anyone using this process on their M1000's.

Controlling fuel based on the exhaust valve position to adds the fuel until the exhaust valves open.

I haven't noticed any talk on here about it. So thought I would ask.

I understand it is hard to tune out the lean spots with a straight RPM based program because the valves open based on load, tps and whatever. So it's not like the old days that they open at XXXRPM every time. So this way of tuning the fuel curve is supposed to make this much better.

After doing some looking this might be another reason to get the BDX exhaust valve delete kit.

I tried it for a little bit. The settings BD initial gave were making it way to rich causing a bog out of the hole so I went back to the orginal way. Its been running really good this way.

The external capture button on the BD box and a A/F gauge make tunning really easy.

I would get the STM values before I would delete them.
